Optimal Detailing — Internal SMS Booking Notifications

Program and eligibility
Optimal Detailing operates an internal booking-notification SMS program for designated company owners and authorized internal recipients. It alerts those recipients when an authorized Client Hub user records a new detailing booking. It is not a customer advertising or promotional message program. Only individuals who give affirmative, voluntary consent are enrolled.
What messages contain
Messages may identify Optimal Detailing, the team member who recorded the booking, the customer's name, the service, the booking amount, the date it was recorded, the scheduled service date, and a link to our sign-in-protected internal booking page. A message may omit fields that are unavailable. The link does not replace normal account sign-in.
Consent and frequency
Enrollment is optional and requires affirmative opt-in for this program. We obtain and record consent before enabling a recipient. Recurring alerts are sent when qualifying new bookings are recorded; frequency varies with business activity and there is no fixed weekly or monthly count. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
You can opt out at any time by emailing optimaldetailing.co@gmail.com or telling us directly, and we will stop messages to your number. Once the program is live, reply STOP to an alert to opt out and reply HELP for contact information. You can also email us for help at any time. Opting out does not affect any detailing booking. We will not re-enroll a recipient without renewed affirmative consent.
Delivery and availability
Delivery and timing depend on carriers, networks, service providers, and the availability of our systems. Notifications are informational and should not be the sole source for a time-sensitive booking decision. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for this program. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile information for third-party marketing purposes.
Program changes
Optimal Detailing may pause, modify, or discontinue this program as operational needs or legal requirements change. Where consent is affected, we will request additional consent.
