Optimal Detailing – Internal SMS Booking Alert Consent
Optimal Detailing offers optional recurring SMS notifications about new automotive and marine detailing bookings recorded in its private Optimal Client Hub software.
These notifications are intended only for designated internal business recipients. They are not customer marketing messages.
How consent is obtained
Before any recipient is enabled, an Optimal Detailing administrator speaks with that person individually, either in person or by telephone.
The administrator reads the complete verbal consent script below and asks for an explicit YES or NO. Consent is voluntary and not required to continue normal work or use the company's services.
For each affirmative response, the administrator records the recipient's name, phone number, consent date, affirmative response and the administrator who obtained consent in a restricted internal record.
A person who declines is not enrolled.
